Changing Visual Studio 2008 features and problems after installing SP1
Once you’ve installed VC2008 and SP1, then do a maintenance add/remove it’ll ask for a SQLSysClrTypes.msi file, the answer to fixing it lies here, pointing VC at the MSI by itself doesn’t appear to work.
